Be a foster and give an animal another chance at a happy life.  Please complete the Foster Application form.  Since the form requires a signature, fax to 206.937.9874 (to expedite the review process), and mail the original to the address listed on the form.  A Foster Agreement form also needs to be completed along with the foster application.
